After 14 Days: Refund requests submitted more than fourteen days after purchase are generally not eligible for refunds, except in cases of technical issues that prevent access to the service and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Completed Courses: Once you have completed more than twenty percent of a course or have downloaded course materials, certificates, or other resources, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

2.2 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services, the following terms apply:

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscription fees are non-refundable except within the first fourteen days of the initial purchase, provided you have not extensively used the service. Extensive use is defined as completing more than three courses or accessing more than twenty percent of available content.

Trial Periods: If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. Once the trial period ends and payment is processed, standard refund policies apply.

2.3 One-Time Services

Purchases of one-time services, including but not limited to test assignments, quiz packs, or certification exams, are final and non-refundable once the service has been accessed or commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

Promotional and Discounted Purchases: Services purchased at promotional prices, using discount codes, or during special sales events are final and non-refundable.

Third-Party Services: Any services provided by third-party partners or vendors are subject to their respective refund policies, which may differ from ours.

Gift Purchases: Courses or services purchased as gifts are non-refundable once the recipient has redeemed or accessed the content.

Completed Examinations: Once you have started or completed an examination, quiz, or assessment, the associated fees are non-refundable.

4. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing our services, please contact our support team immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a refund or provide alternative compensation at our discretion.

Refunds due to technical issues are only applicable if the problem originates from our platform and cannot be attributed to your internet connection, device compatibility, or other factors beyond our control.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Decision Notification: You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, we will process the refund according to the timelines specified below.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within ten to fourteen business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6.2 Payment Method Considerations

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution or payment processor.

6.3 Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion. Partial refunds may apply when you have used a portion of the service or when special conditions warrant such consideration.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes
